In addition to servicing everything Quality designs and installs, our Service Team of six fulltime technical and three inside support personnel provides an extensive list of additional services for your existing indoor air comfort system including:

• Annual heating and cooling inspections
• Preventative maintenance programs
• System balancing to provide the most efficient heating and cooling for your home
• Indoor air quality testing
• Duct cleaning

There is always a “live” person answering your phone call, even at 3 a.m. During your most critical heating and cooling times Quality’s maintenance and repair department stands ready to respond immediately to restore your indoor air comfort.

BUT BEFORE YOU CALL

Please take a few minutes to review the following checklist:

1. Make sure the thermostat is set to either the heat or cool position
2. Set thermostat to desired temperature
3. Make sure the switch at the furnace is in the ON position by turning it OFF and then back ON
4. Check filter for accumulation of dirt (Replace or clean as needed)
5. Check for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers
6. For air conditioning, check the outside disconnect to make sure it is in the ON position
7. For heating, check that the gas shutoff is turned on at both the gas line and inside the furnace
8. For heating, check for snow, leaves or blockages in the vent pipes
9. If you have a flexible drain hose to the floor, make sure it is not plugged, kinked or rolled up

Other Comfort Tips:

• Clean and replace filters regularly
• Keep registers and grilles open and not blocked
• If you have a setback thermostat, do not set back more than 5 degrees
• For maximum comfort, set fan to the ON position for constant air circulation
• If you have air conditioning, do not allow grass clippings, leaves or debris to collect on the outdoor unit
